5. Intellectual Property

7. Project Delivery

InstantAppMaker commits to delivering the project within the agreed timeframe. Any delays caused by the client, including but not limited to, lack of communication or failure to provide necessary information, may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

8. Revisions and Feedback

We allow for a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra charges. Client feedback is crucial for timely project completion, and delays in providing feedback may affect the project timeline.

9. Support and Maintenance

Post-delivery support and maintenance services are available and can be arranged as per the terms specified in the project agreement. This may include updates, troubleshooting, and other necessary services to ensure the functionality of the delivered product.

10. Limitation of Liability

InstantAppMaker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled.
