At InstantAppMaker, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom mobile app and web development services. Our goal is to ensure complete client satisfaction with our work. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to InstantAppMaker for custom mobile app and web development services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, milestone payments, and final project payments.

3. Project Scope and Approval

Before the commencement of any project, a detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon by both parties. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve these details carefully. Any changes to the project scope after commencement may incur additional charges and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

We strive to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We offer a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement to ensure client satisfaction. However, once the deliverables are approved and the project is considered complete, no refunds will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may choose to cancel the project at any time. However, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. Additionally, the client will be billed for any work completed beyond the initial payment, up to the date of cancellation.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, InstantAppMaker may consider a partial refund. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of InstantAppMaker. Any decision to provide a refund in such cases does not set a precedent for future cases.

7. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication and aim to resolve any issues or disputes amicably. If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we request that they contact us to discuss their concerns and allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

InstantAppMaker reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to projects initiated after the date of the policy change.
